Bad attitude, late and incorrect delivery

Around 09:30 I placed an order over the phone for delivery, 2 breakfast specials one with egg and the other without the egg, but cheese. They promised to delivery in 10 minutes, but only delivered in 40 min and the order was incorrect, both orders had egg. The delivery guy had left and I called Spur to correct the order and requested to speak to the Manager. Instead of acknowledging his staff's mistake he gave me attitude as if it's my fault they messed up the order. I specifically said one without the egg, but the manager made all kinds of excuses and threatened to stop the delivery orders. I mean what does that have to do with me and my order, for heaven's sake I just want my breakfast to be delivered, I don't care how he wants to run his business. This is appauling especially coming from the Manager and he's got the nerve to tell me if I am complaining he's going to stop taking orders over the phone. I mean REALLY?? offcourse I am complaining or am I not allowed to? We have supported Spur alot in the past at Iemas Call centre, even placed a huge order for the whole a team of 24 and this is the "thanks" we get? btw we are in the call centre and all our calls are recorded.
