Placed a telephonic order as we always do, went to collect and order could be found. No apology was given. I then realised the customer next to me the exact same problem. And no the correct number was called as when I phoned later and asked for the owner (Graham) he was too busy to deal with a customer who had a complaint. Really this could have been avoided in a 2 min conversation and a little consideration. I think they have lost at least 2 customers in the short period I was there
