We went to Cuppacino's yesterday for lunch. My husband, myself and my 2 small children (1 and 3).
We were there at 11h45 and immediately places our order for drinks and the kids food. When the drinks were brought to the table we ordered a starter to share and our meals. We waited about 85 minutes for them to bring my husbands Pizza and long after he had finished my Stromboli was brought to me.By that time we had been there for almost 2 hours and I had to take my food as take away because the kids were difficult for having to sit still for so long.
The waiter and the manager kept saying the food will be there shortly, but more than an hourly is really not shortly.
This is really ridiculous and they could not give us an answer as to why my food took so long. We were also not happy for my husbands food taking about an hour and a half.
