On 4 occasions where we've requested take away we've had a stinking service from the manager. First he doesn't smile and his approach towards customers is cold. The chicken we were given had water and not the sauce, the salad was grouse. We order take away over the phone, when we got there the good was not even put in the oven to keep it warm. We were given cold food and when we ask for the food to be put in the microwave, we were told they are too busy.
The manager's attitude is stinking that everytime we think about take away we can almost predict the service
