Wrong order received - Bad servce follows

We have always enjoyed Mimmo's pasta. On 26/03/2013, at approxamtely 4pm, My husbands birthday, after a great day out, We did a take away order of Chcken Alfredo pasta from Mimmo's Northmead. On arriving home, we saw that they had given us the normal alfredo pasta with bacon. Being of indan origin, we do not eat Pork products. We called the branch and asked to speak to the manager, Anton, who bluntly asked "So what do you want me to do". In shock at his unwillingness to come to a solution and we certainly we were not going to drive back there. We just said fine, News travels fast, via word of mouth and no wonder the restaurant was empty.
We are appalled at the terrible service and unwllngness to retify Mimmo's mistake. We have pictures of the food, which cannot be eaten, and our money went to waste.
Is this how Mimmo's conducts itself? Never again. No apologies offered???
