Had the misfortune of stopping at tugela one stop on our trip to durban last wednesday. ordered a cheese burger and a burger and chips and 2 cokes. could not eat the burgers as the rolls were so old the fell apart. went back in the store and the owner/manager explained that the rolls they are getting from head office are all like that, and that she could not make another burger for me, as the rolls were all the same. apparently they received the rolls the day before. she offered me a toasted sandwhich instead. if i wanted a toasted sandwhich, i would surely have ordered one in the first place.
the result is that on our way back, we did not stop at a wimpy, because we were afraid the same poor food would be served. please could you look into this as there were numeroud customers that were dissatisfied with the quality of the food.
