Today I placed an order at around 11H00 with the Nandos in Fordsburg and informed them that the delivery was to take place at 13H00 this afternoon. I was then informed that this would be done. I had a meeting and had hoped that after the meeting we could enjoy a light lunch. The meeting ended at 13H30 and to my amazement the order had still not been delivered by that time. I decided that I would wait a while as maybe something could have happen to the delivery guy. At 14H30 I decided to call the Nandos in Fordsburg to enquire about my order and was informed that "We have not prepared your order as we forgot about your order sir". What is the point of saying that I can specify a time for delivery if you are going to forget about my order??? Ironically this is not the first time that this particular Nandos has failed to deliver at a specified time i.e forgot about an order and failed to deliver totally
