I in tsumeb on business and cam to dross to eat breakfast. I arrived 7:05 at the reception and ordered a caffe mocho... the waiter complety forgot about me after 20 minutes i walked back to the reception desk and asked for somekne to take my order and told them im still waiting for my caffe mocha... i then waited till 8:05 and still have not received breakfast. This is really pathetic service from Dros and i expected more from a franchise this big.
