This is the last time that I frequent the nandos kloof street franchise. I ordered. 2 chicken liver meals, and it came back burnt yet cold, subsequently we sent it back, they then made another. This was cold as well, however my wife was very hungry and didn't send it back, we called the manager who was on her cellphone for at least 10minutes messaging someone, when I got her attention I asked why so little chips, for R15.95 we received about 18 to 20 chips, a new record almost 90cents per chip, how disappointing, anyways we walked out after dinner with a doggie bag, (which our dog wouldn't touch) and dismayed at the quality of food and service at this store, note to nandos, get proper managers or at least let the owners have interest in their franchise. Nandos u, that should be ur new logo instead of spending all ur money on bogus advertising, spend it on training stupid staff
