9 of us went for supper at Bluff franchise, bill came to R1500 . When scrutinising the bill, we observerd that we had been overcharged by two beers. We informed the waitress who in turn called the manager/owner. The owner immediately insisted that the bill was correct even though we told her that we did not order 6 hansas. She stated that we must pay for the two and when she has reconciled her stock, if wrong, she will reimburse the money. I told her that what she was doing was, she took offence, I don't care. She said she would look on the CCTV to see, when I wanted to come to view with her, she refused. she went and came back with her staff a few minutes later and they all huddled around the till. She then came back with a revised bill and said "Head Office" has top activate the CCTV and that it can only be done the following day. I told her straight that she was a and a, simple as that, instead of just apoligizing, she was adamant that neither she nor her staff had done anything wrong, and when caught, she did not have the dignity to say sorry. Whether you 5cents or R5000, is and lieing about it makes it worse.
