Customer Service what's that???

Clearly tonight I was treated like I looked, I arrive for dinner in takkies, shorts and a t-shirt, well the three women at the front counter all decide to be too busy to greet us, when I made myself very big by almost standing on top of one of them they where very quick to run us to a table, not what I requested, I asked for the SUSHI BAR!!! So my waiter arrives Tshepo, we order our drinks simple right, glass of red wine with ice on the side, and a hunters dry, we receive a glass of red wine no ice, and a Hansa being poured over ice?? So I correct him as to what we want, and it takes 25 mins to arrive, I then asked him if we can place our orders, another 25 mins go by! So seated across the restaurant I get the manager Brandons attention and inform him aswell we want to be at the SUSHI BAR and that we've been waiting 60 mins, agreed he'll keep a seat, Finally a gap at the sushi bar, still no food, We get up walk over and Brandon is seating someone else in our seats, someone who came an hour after us, but seems to have a pretty good relationship with him, first name basis. When I confront him he shrugs his shoulders and offers no explination, and just carry's on with his conversation
