My family and I stopped in at the Cato Ridge 1 stop on Sat afternoon, 2 March, 13H10 table no 9564.
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with chips and coke, and a toasted cheese sandwich with coffee.
The burgers and chips were appalling, the chips hadn't even been cooked properly, raw and slimy.
What really got me annoyed was the so called toasted cheese, a small amount of cheese was just smeared in the middle of the sandwich.
It Isdisgusting and disgraceful that you as a franchise would even consider selling this to the public.
I asked to see the manager, the lady pointed toward a chap standing behind the counter who is supposedly a manager, Sydney was his name, he gave me the impression this was your standard you offer your customers,
I then asked him for his name and surname, he gave me his name " Sydney", but refused to give me his surname?
Is this what Wimpy stands and strives for??? I have pictures of the disgusting and disgraceful food you sold me, possibly you might like to look at them, I did post them on your wimpy facebook page,
I was told I would be contacted, but that didnt happen, clearly Wimpy dont give a about customer service and their food and beverage standards
