After a lengthy discussion with Ocean Basket Ushaka and the staff, it was established that Ocean Basket was "in the wrong" from a previous HelloPeter complaint, and they offered to compensate me with Vouchers, (A fraction of the cost of the actual bill). I provided my details and was told someone would get in touch with me.
There has been no further communication from Ocean Basket to deliver what was promised.
From initial food poisoning due to poor store hygiene, to undelivered compensation due to a poorly operated franchise.
