I emailed the gentleman who responded to my initial complaint on the KFC website after I had received a scabby mouldy bun with my meal recently

It has been more than 2 weeks since your email stating that someone will be calling me about my complaint, but I have not received any phone calls?
I thought it would be better for everyone concerned (if, of course, KFC is actually concerned) that I log the complaint on the KFC website and not on Facebook or Hello Peter. I appear to have been wildly mistaken.
Please could you let me know if there is enough interest in my complaint to facilitate some form of recompensary action, or if I should just accept that KFC endorses the use of rotten food? I would like to point out that, if I had a penicillin allergy and hadn't noticed I would have had considerably more problems to worry about.
