Blatantly Ignoring Customers
After an evening of terrible food at Tribes, I e-mail the manager my concerns, I have heard nothing, not even a "thanks for bringing it to our attention, we're sorry". How unprofessional! Sickening actually, that they charge you an arm and leg for something not even half edible and don't even have the decency to apologise.
