A friend and myself decided to stop at KFC for a twister each on Tuesday the 26th of Feb.
It was a very quiet night and when we entered there where a group of 3 people being served in front of us.
There where 2 people over the counter assisting them and we stood and stood and stood and never got help.
I would understand if they where extremely busy but that was not the case, i eventually asked one of them for help and got completely ignored. That is unacceptable.
Once we eventually got assistance the order took extremely long and it was a slight bit on the cold side???
Why?? It was not busy.
I do love KFC food, And the twisters are great.
But with service like that i will not use them again. It has not been the first time, that has happened at other branches as well.
That part that really got to me was being Ignored by the woman and then still waiting so long for my food.
Please get this problem sorted as that is nonsense.
