When SA opened up in Pinelands it was very exciting as Pinelands really had a lack of restaurants and take away spots. I regularly eat at SA and on a few occasions have been very disappointed with the food, either its tasteless, old or missing something. After a few attempts at sushi I got off/rotten salmon and I will never be able to face the sushi there again. Nowadays I stick to Thai Fried rice with vegetable spring rolls... besides how do you under deliver something that simple! Well let me tell you... it starts with the shocking service and attitude of the Managers and most of the waiters. I haver never been greeted properly upon entering that restaurant, in fact i'm mostly ignored until they feel like serving me and the Managers are always miserable and plain rude. Its shocking actually, what ever happened to customer service? Next was arriving home to find my spring rolls were missing the dipping sauce and I literally had one huge piece of fried egg in my fried rice.
I often wait patiently for my takeaways but not once when the food is taking a bit of time to get out of the kitchen has someone come and reassured me my order is on its way.
Come on guys! Get it together!!
