I am highly unimpressed after purchasing a meal at Steers Chilli Lane in Sunninghill last night. I am absolutely shocked at the service, of the 6 orders I witnessed been placed and handed out only 3 of them were handed to the correct customer.By sheer luck the manager was shouting at every second customer to call them back and request they hand over the packet as the incorrect order was given to them.
I witnessed the delivery employee drop an order on the floor, pick it up and continued to deliver the order. I saw chips sitting on the shelf until cold then taken back to the kitchen and re-fried! The chef rubbing the sweat off his forehead with his hands while cooking!
One of the items I ordered was handed to another customer, the manager shouted at the person to come back. He had handed out the wrong burger.By the time my order was complete my burger was cold and so was my chips. The only warm item I could find in my order were the ribs.
Honestly I am disgusted with this service, I would expect better customer service at the prices of your products. Absolutely no double checking of orders by any of the employees operating the till and hygiene is shocking.
