POOR SERVICE AND STILL NO RESPONSE

On January 18, 2013 I brought to the attention of Sevruga Restaurant my dissatisfaction the way my group of 22 persons was looked after on the evening. The group arrived around 19H45 and after drink orders were taken, the waitron proceeded with the food order - this is where service went downhill. I am not sure where the challenge arose, if was with the waitron or whether the kitchen was just not performing on the evening - but main course was eventually brought to the table at 21H30. This is absolutely shocking for a restaurant of this caliber!

I conveyed my dissatisfied with the level of service. I recommended the group of executives have dinner at Sevruga. Service was so slow that the entire group did not even manage to have dessert on the evening and had to leave the restaurant at this stage. Sevruga did email me back to say the problem is being escalated and referred to their head office. Its February 25, 2013 and that was the last I heard from them and I guess the last time they will hear from me!
