I went to the Nandos Parktown on 22.02.2013 - It took me 15 minutes just to order, I then had to wait 45 minutes to get my order, which was a takeaway.By the time I had gotten back to the office to eat, which literally takes 3 minutes, my burger was iced cold. The roll was also so stale that it was crumbling. The chips were cold, and tasted like they'd been sitting out all day. I understand that they're busy, but this is not unusual - surely they should be able to cope with the volumes?!
I am very disappointed... and STILL hungry!
