Yesterday went to Mcdonalds Plattekloof at about 9pm. Ordered 3 Quarter pounder deluxe specials. Collected order at the last window and drove home.
When I left I still told my husband that for the first time in a long time have staff been very polite and friendly at a McDonalds.
So we went home, Opened up the packet and there was only two of the three emals. Was very upset that I had no choice but to drive all the way back.
Went through drive through, and the lady that was there came outside and apologised. And said they tried coming after us but we had left.
For something like this to happen was not nice. I understand mistakes happen.
But we ended up driving all the way back. Family ended up eating ice cold quarter pounder deluxe burgers and cold chips with it. And only one warm meal which we had to come back for.
Stuff needs to checked correctly by the staff next time.
