I called to place an order for 4 Medium hake & chips @ R25.90 each & 2 medium rice. When i received the order it was cold & incorrect & was not value for my money. When i called the shop & i complained i asked them what are the gona do & was informed that they will refund me after i told her that we had no choice but to eat the food. I then received a call from the manager again and she then said they need the food back in order for them to refund my money but i already informed her that we ate the food then she informed me that she will call me back so she said in that case they can't refund my monies so i said that the cashier must then pay for it as she was the person that got my order wrong & still insist that that was what the order that i gave her. An hour later i'm still waiting on feedback. What do I do?
