The wrong order and inedible food

We went through the drive through on the morning of 20 July at 01:59 and ordered 2 Grand Chicken Spicy medium meals. Paid for everything and left, when we got home we find that its 2 plain chicken burgers with normal mayonaise and not the order we placed for 2 Grand Chicken Spicy medium meals. We said ok we ar hungry w will just eat it however having tried to bite into the burger it was as tough as biltong and stale/over fried. We tried to eat it but it was like trying to eat leather. I then called the Northgate Mcdonalds branch and spoke to the manager on duty "Eurphora" or something to that effect. She told me all their food is freshly made but couldn't explain why it was the wrong order in the first place and just said sorry for it being inedible but didn't offer a solution till I asked how she was going to fix this, she asked if I am far from the branch, really? She asked me to come back... that is a waste of my fuel to come all the way back. I asked for a refund and she said that we must come in. I want my refund.
