I placed an Order @20h30 pm with a call centre agent (Morongwa) who achieved to manage a two burger order over 15min...
After getting through that, I had to wait TWO hours... I'm not kidding... TWO hours for my order to come through.
What gets to me the most is that NONE of them bothered to call me and tell me whether my order was going to be late or not, secondly when I called finally all I kept on hearing were 20, 000 I'm sorry (s). I am left with a bitter taste for the service I received from this outlet, them saying they are a "fast food" service is an insult to the name really.
When the driver delivered my food, Lawd!!!
My chips were scattered all over the bag, the drink was half... I was left thinking maybe I'm being punked really, was waiting for Leon Schuster to pop up and say something like "you've been Schuxed"
How do you mess up burger orders really??? And on top of it I had to pay for this... Imagine that!
