On the 12/02/2013 I bought 3 Mcfeast Delux meals medium size from the drive thru
Upon getting back to work started eating the burger where i found that this burger was not up to standard
I tried calling the store as it wasnt just my burger that had a problem
We had found that the burgers were very oily and had a bad smell
I immediately called the shop where i only got the faxline when dialling the landline
I decided to go to the store when my shift ended
Upon getting to the shop i spoke to a very rude lady called Petunia who just refused tohelp me
saying that the mistake was not made by her shift and that i should return back tomorrow and speak to
the Supervisor that will be there the next day
Which i refused as i bought the burgers there never the less she took back all 3 meals full and refused to refund or replace the meals
She was very rude and unfriendly showing no customer service as a supervisor, before giving us her name she made us wait almost 30 minutes before giving us the following numbers, 0737920629 Ronald and 0739847230David and just walked away saying we should call them in the morning. This is very unprofessional service from Mcdonalds.
