I went there this morning to purchase 1 capicinno and a frappe. They only had one woman on counter taking orders AND making the orders. The person that ordered before me ordered, had his coffee there and left before i even received my order which was about 30min later. Some customers even finished there meals before i got mine. This is not my 1st bad experience with MacDonalds, and I don't think it's is fair that I must just accept a "oh so sorry" everytime.
MacDonalds is an internationally recognised company and i think its time that the staff started acting like it.
What happened to customer service training.
