I am appalled and disgusted at the ongoing shocking behavior and attitude of the owner/cahsier at the Sandton city branch.
Once again I have witnessed him shouting at the workers and being rude to more than a few people in the queue. I have still supported this outlet because of the wonderful attitude the workers have at doing an honest day job despite being threatened by this man. I work in this building I will be definitely not be supporting this franchise anymore and will be asking by fellow colleagues to do the same! Someone needs to tell this man that his workers are human and if you have a problem, then it should not be for public display. Someone needs to send him on a course on manners and on how to speak andf treat workers and customers!
