KFC (Hatfield) workers don't know the essence of treating customers right and they don't take us customers valuable at all. I have a serious problem with the workers they got bad attitudes and they take time to get our orders right, you have to repeat your order more than twice yet they give you the wrong thing. They are not friendly at all, don't smile and work very slow. They seriously don't care hey I must say. Its like they are forced to work of which I don't get why don't they just stay home so that we can be served by people who want to work and will serve us in the right manner. KFC workers must be taught peoples skills and how to treat customers properly. And at times you will stand in a long queue and the minute you are ready to make an order they tell you that what you want is finished. I fail to understand why don't they make a note so that we don't have to wait in the line for nothing. All this has been going on for some time now and my colleagues also complain about KFC Hatfield.
