I went to buy Mr Min at Checkers - went to the store - when I got there there was a special. i then requested the guys that pack the shelves to give me a box. they put it in the trolley for me - and I went to the cashier - who processed the transaction. As my guy was pushing the trolley - BOOM - the branch manager got out of his office and started shouting at me. I quote "YOU PPL LIKE DOING THIS - I KEEP TELLING YOU, YOU CANT BUY SO MUCH". It was the 2nd time I was at that store - last time was about 2years ago because I reside 180km away. The entire shop, customers and workers were looking at me as if I had stuff at the store. I felt so humiliated and saddened. Is this the way this guy handles his customers and his staff??? is it because of the color of my skin that i was treated this way? Even the workers were surprised.
i felt he could have just politely said to me" Ma'm - our policy does nt allow u to buy so much - plS return the stuff"; - in a calm and low voice.
Hs behaviour was totally uncalled for and unacceptable.
what was worse is that I could not report him to any1- he was the highest level of authority at the store?
