We had been to Dros on New years Eve, and has purchased starters, and main course. The service was terrible, and the food was not up to standard. we decided we were going to leave, and asked for everything in take away. Our drinks were not brought to the table on time, there was a 20 minute delay. With regards with the take away, the waiter came to us saying there were no take away bags, and after 30 minutes, i asked the waiter "can i speak to the manager", to my surprise, the manager was sitting right next to us, and did nothing to help. I asked him, can you not see us trying to get assistance. his reonse "I am busy with close off"!!!
finally the waiter came came to us, and gave us the take away boxes to pack the food. Our meals were not cheap, and being a restuartant of stardand, they definitely, failed! I have the slip as proof that i have been there incase they think this is a joke.
