Good Morning All,
This morning I left my girlfriends breakfast at home and she was not impressed. I decided to contact Sandwich Baron to place an order on my girlfriends behalf (without her knowing).
My order was straight forward but the request was complicated. I would pay via card over the telephone - so i gave them my details and I received the sms that the transaction was approved. Te store called me back to confirm that they actually required a imprint copy of my card to complete the tranaction.
Long story short, they delivered my girlfrieds food to a secondary address AND they will come to my office to colloect my card imprint.
The food was really a treat - fresh / tasty / well presented / great quantity - EVERYTHING WAS GREAT
If this is the customer experiance I receive for a simple R50 order - I am blown away. Never before has a food place done so much to accomadate me. I will always be a loyal customer and will also recommend their service and food to anyone.
I dont know who this owner is but he she has pride and passion for what they are doing.
It has not gone unoticed.
