BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order over the phone and i was specific on the pick up time.

i got to the store to collect my delivery and it was not done nor did the person i ordered from ring my order.

what was irritating is that they didn't show any remorse nor did they apologise for the inconvinience.
