I have several bad experiences with this branch of KFC. I have on several occasions escalated it to higher management with no improvements made. Just to name a few:
On 2 occasions I had discovered I was given incorrect change. And on these occasions I was told that they were unable to print me a receipt. Upon insisting that I wanted one on no uncertain terms, I discovered that I was short changed. The lady who served me was apparently a member of senior staff - Joyce. I then escaped it to Priscilla and then to Felicity, nothing was done about this.
I request for no wings and on several occasions when I check my order, I discover that no heed was paid to my request. Further to this the quality of food is something a dog will not eat. The chicken is over fried, dark in color with black spots and dry. The chips is equally bad and not fit for human consumption - it is hard and dry. I complained to Felicity and yet again she assured me something would be done, another false promise. She said they don't change the fattening and that's what causes this.
I feel that this store should be closed down, bad quality and dishonesty, now lets see who has the guts to do something about this!!
