Fly in food-dirty toilets

I am a regular customer at Spur-Malibu. and i was even planning my daughters 3rd birthday party there, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, my last meal i had a fly (or something) in my food ToTALLY DISGUSTING!!! HOW CAN ONE PAY FOR THIS???

Also the toilets are disgusting, especially for females, can something please be done about this, otherwise i will take my family elsewhere
