On January 7th at 20:26 we ordered 2 Princess wraps at the BLUE ROUTE branch. As the food arrived all I saw was lettuce and a bit of coarsely grated carrots. I opened the wrap and found LESS than a spoonful of chicken in a thin mayonnaise sauce - NO mayo sauce in the mountain of lettuce - and NO avocado except a little bit of something green smeared on a very small area of the wrap.
I called the manager. Karl explained that there is nothing wrong with the wrap - a bit of chicken and a smear of avo is all I get.
Karl refused to refund us - he said he was going to "fix" it. Why didn't Karl just give us the Princess wrap as described on the menu in the first place ...? and could he be trusted to prepare something edible?
We left hungry without a refund.
I am a frequent client at the CLAREMONT branch and the Princess wrap is a WINNER!
