My daughter and I wend to KFC at Kolonnade shopping centre in Zambezi str, Montana and I ordered a wrap and she ordered a kiddies meal.
Well, when I opened my wrap that looked like crunched newspaper I saw that I had one chicken strip with mayo sauce and that's that! I often have wraps and know that you don't just get one chicken strip with no garnish, in a wrap that was presented like it was straight from a dustbin! My daugter was so excited for the treat she was going to receive (instead of a toy) but when she opened her box there was... NOTHING... Big surprise.
Well I then proceeded to do what anyone would do and report it to the call centre 25 Jan whereby I was told someone would contact me within 24hours to investigate/resolve this query.. Well its been more than a week and nothing... BIG surprise!
When did this type of Customer Service became acceptable?
And I would have left this if it was the first time but it is now the numerous time that this happens at this branch and so we are now forced to drive an extra 10km to the other closest KFC in order to avoid this branch.
