Went to the store this morning, waited in line for more than a hour just to get to the front to be served by an untrained staff member. It took 15 minutes to finalize my order as she had no idea as to what was going on in their menu. When everything was finally sorted I was further disappointed that their was no choice of soft drinks as the machine only dispensed ordinary Pepsi and not the other flavors as indicated. This branch was surely not ready to start trading and it leaves a very bad impression as a first time patron of the so called Burger king. Shame on you.
