I was using the drive through last night, ordering a "Zinger" fully loaded box meal for myself and two kiddie meals for my kids that were in the car for me. Both the lady at the till and the lady at the counter where I picked up the food confirmed with me that I want a "Zinger" burger in the box and Coke Zero cool drinks as I had my two small children with me. Imagine my disappointment when I got home and found a normal small burger, and imagine my kid's disappointment when we found all cokes to be normal cokes they weren't allowed to drink as it was just before bed time. Shocking that both items were confirmed and yet still incorrectly given!!
