Mediocre food, worse service

I have once before emailed Doppio with regards to the poor customer service we have received to no avail. Not even an apology. A gain, at the Rosebank branch, I was forced to go to a birthday party of about 10 people. Our waiter was clueless in terms of the menu, it took a long time (25mins min) to order and recieve our drinks. We were all so frustrated and annoyed by the time we received our food (which came at different times and some people ate while others had no food at all), we expected the food to be nice. Instead it was mediocre, cold and sauces and salads were left out from some meals and that took another 30mins to receive.

I think its disgusting that you have people pay so much for service quality of a fast food joint and food that tastes worse than if you had bought it on the street. I'm highly disappointed in this.
