Unacceptable service

Four meals and starters were ordered at 18:45 on Saturday January 4th 2014 at the John Dorys Vaal Mall. After an hour, the starters had not yet arrived, with the waiter replying that the sushi station was experiencing problems, the waiter did not make any mention of problems during this time until we as patrons asked where our food was. When the starters arrived, the main course was not ready either, note that this was during the one hour that we were waiting. The manager on duty could not provide an apt description of the problem and instead blamed the problem on staff incompetence. No remedy was provided by the manager on duty to the problem or the disatisfaction we experienced as patrons. 20 minutes after having discussions with the manager the main course had still not arrived. When the food arrived 30 minutes later it was cold. The service received was atrocious and is a very bad reflection on the company and the branding it promotes.
