Incorrect orde

I ordered a take away last night for 2 F4's. One with rice, and one with chips. When the order arrived, they both had rice. I was not happy and then saw that the receipt was correct, just not the order. We order from this branch a lot and tend to have a few issues every time (last time they forgot the drinks we ordered). The staff's telephone etiquette leaves a lot to be desired, and get's worse when you actually go in. It's a simple order guys, and I give you a fair bit of orders.
