I chose Brackenfell as the branch as they are the latest culprit to this "phase" or whatever it is that McDonalds is going through. I have also experienced this at the Paarl branch. I do NOT understand why they cannot stack their burgers. Your sauce ends up all over the box, patty to the left, bun to the right - not cool. My boyfriend and I have sworn to never support them again. They have absolutely no pride in the way they present their product to their customers. Not how service should be. Date and time approx.
