Burger in fully loaded box meal

I bought a Fully loaded box meal from the drive thru at the KFC in Vanderbijlpark. When I got home, in Vaalpark, I opened my burger and found the bottom piece of my bun was not present, it was only the top part of the bun, the piece of tomato, lettuce and the chicken breast.
