I was at KFC in Boskruin Village yesterday at about 19:45pm.
I placed my order for a Street Wise 2 Pap and asked the cashier how long it will take, he said about 5 to 10 minutes as they are busy - no problem.
I also asked for a side breast and drumstick as my choice of pieces.
20 minutes later, my food was not ready yet people coming after me were getting their orders.
I was a bit frustrated and after 30 minutes, I asked the guy at the counter what is happening with my meal, he took my slip and went to then prepare it (30 mins LATER!!!).
He gives me the meal, no apology what so ever and I take it and leave.
Get home and its not the pieces I order - the pap is about half the usualy volume that is given and the same with the gravy - shocking???
I had the same issue last week with the pieces, I asked for the same two pieces and get a wing - this is terrible service from KFC
