Okay so first of all a few days ago in the holidays I find myself at kfc twice, once in parow and the othertime in goodwood and both times my order was meSsed up gave me the incorrect order, I inform the manager he does not seemed to worried so I leave. I go to parow branch I place my order they say my meals will be ready in a minute, just to discover that the zinger fillets were only delivered then and now I must wait cause they made a slip up, Once again the managers don't seem to be bothered, The attitude of these people in charge amazes me, I then walk away fuming cause I really don't want to start something... So instead I am never gonna go back again, Then today I stop by in milnerton today to get me a krusher and also 4 Zinger wings, once again I get to the window my incorrect change was given, then she forgot to give me my wings and when I eventually had to get out of my car to ask for it, I got 4 soaked in oil, dry zinger wings that tasted like it was standing for days, However I could not go back to the branch as I was on my way to a meeting..Really a customer does not mean anything to a staff member in a store, because I have messed up you will just have to wait! That's the last!
