There is an outlet of Mug and Bean in Bonaero Park across from the Christian City Church at a garage. Allot of cyclist stop there and it is quite busy. On a previous occasion I spoke to the Manager about closing the muffins with a net due to the flies sitting on them. She then said she is waiting for a cabinet that closes, this was about 4 months ago. On Sunday I go there again and the same thing happens. Discussed it with her and her only response is she is waiting for head office for the cabinet. Also tells me her staff is supposed to wrap the muffins. Now my question is WHY is she not supervising her staff??? and her non chalant attitude about the whole matter is disgusting. Surely she benefits from sales and should follow up on "Head Office".
