We ordered two burger meals, waited patiently for a quite a while. We received the food and drove off home. When we arrived at home the order was incorrect. I drove back to Steers showing them the mistake and everyone seems confused. I tell them this is not the first time that this has happened and the manager in charge gives me an irritated look and tells me why didn't I just phone!!! They replace the meals, before leaving the store I check the packet and notice that they did not replace the chips which I also returned and have to remind them again. Once I arrived at home and check the burgers, they look like they have been put together by a toddler. Everything is all over the place with the sauce and tomato half off the burger than on it. I furiously call them back explaining that I was just there but no one can recall. I ask to speak to the manager, after holding the line for 3 minutes the call gets dropped in my ear. If this is the level of education of people Steers employs and the way that they treat clients I would definitely never support them again. If this is the way they treat customers who pay their salaries, how do they treat your food!!!??? Ridiculous & Pathetic!!
