Voucher value v menu price

I purchased a Groupon voucher to be redeemed at Tsunami Midori Silverlakes. Advertised voucher value was R191, purchased for R95, a supposed saving of R96 for a 22 piece sushi platter. When we received the bill to pay for the drinks etc not covered by the Groupon voucher, I had been billed and credited R115 for a 22 piece sushi platter. This would explain my confusion when browsing the menu while waiting for our food and I did not see any sushi platters priced at R191. If Tsunami Midori was only prepared to offer a R20 discount, why was the offer pitched at a R96 saving? With Groupon managing the transaction I expect them to ensure the correctness and honesty of offers made through their site.
