2hour late delivery

I placed 2 orders for deliveries at 10:53
I had to phone them again at 11:39 to check up, 10 min after that it was delivered at the one end point (alberton city) 10 min walking distance from them...
At 12:45 the other order was delivered almost 2 hours late
This is unacceptable!!!
