I would like to log a complain regarding poor service received from Roman's Pizza Ezakheni Mall. I sent someone to buy me Chicken and Mayo Pizza with thick base and they kept the slip. When I was about to eat it, it was raw not cooked properly and I sent it back they refused to exchange it saying they never received a complain before me and when I went there myself he was so rude telling me that it was his store I better behave, while he should have apologised. He should also be taught customer service and stop acting as if he is doing us a favour. I just left everything there as if that is the kind of attitude we as customers are gonna get its frustrating.
